Such occurrence can lead to inferiority complex and sure distract and keep away people from coming closer to you.

The mouth is an important part of the human body and if not properly taken care of, can send a very absurd impression about you to family, friends and people around you.

This is the reason I'm sharing with you some easy ways to deal with the menace called bad breathe or mouth odour and possibly avoiding tooth decay.

1. Make use of sensodyne toothpaste containing fluorine.

2.Brush regularly, three times a day or atleast twice daily, preferably in the morning hours and in the evening hours before going to bed.

3. Learn to brush after meal, this helps to keep your mouth fresh. Reason why is because after meal, there are some left over particles in the mouth which start to decay after a while and they start oozing out.

4. There are some diet that naturally dangerous to the teeth especially meals with excessive sugar content, try to avoid them.

5. Change your tooth brush every three (3) months and avoid sharing of tooth brush.

6. Avoid taking excessively cold drinks and using the teeth to open cork of bottle drinks.
